General terms and conditions

Tourist tax
From 01.01.2014 we charge a local tax of 2,10 € per person and day.
Children under 14 years are exempt from the tax.

Domestic animals
We are sorry, but we don't accept domestic animals.

Check-in and Check-out
The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment until 9 am on the day of departure. If you should arrive after 8 pm, please contact us.

Booking
Please note: reservations become binding only upon our written confirmation.

Cancellation terms
The deposit will be retained if the booking is cancelled.
For cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
In the event of cancellations at short notice, late arrival and/or early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be invoiced. With the payment of the reservation fee, the general conditions, especially the cancellation conditions, are considered to be fully understood and legally accepted.
Application of the Italian Civil Code and exclusive place of jurisdiction Bolzano.
