Our apartments are situated in a perfect starting position for an active holiday in the stunning Dolomites in summer as well as in winter. The ski bus stops only 50 metres from the house and takes you directly to the numerous ski lifts and facilities of Val Gardena.

For those who prefer to walk, the Sasslong - Ciampinoi orbit, which is connected to the ski carousel (Val Gardena and Sellaronda) Dolomiti Superski, can be reached on foot in only 8 minutes.

At the end of the Sasslong run you can take the Gardena Ronda Express (the underground train included in the ski pass) and then ski down the “Tieja ski slope”, which is located directly in front of our house.

Within 8 minutes walking distance but in the opposite direction you will find the “Col Raiser-Seceda” cablecar, which leads your to another stunning ski area, and from where you can reach also the above mentioned practice slope Tieja, the perfect ski slope for children as well as for adults who are skiing for the first time.

Directly at the Tieja ski slope you can find also the office of the ski school and the ski rental. There you can directly book your private lessons or group courses.
